Orders are generally shipped out within twenty four hours.
Sorry, we do not ship C.O.D

PICKUPS:
We are not accessible to the public for pickups.

UPS/USPS DAMAGE CLAIMS:
If your package arrives in less than pristine condition, it is UPS or USPS
damage. Save all the carton and it's contents. Contact Louise Jean, LLC
via email concerning damage claims. UPS will send someone to inspect
the package. We cannot replace damaged merchandise without this UPS
inspection.

REFUNDS/RETURNS:
We have a 100% Satisfaction policy. We cannot however reimburse
shipping. All shipping charges are paid by customer.

ADD-ONS/DISPUTES:
You are advised to print out and read your final order confirmation. If
there is anything you wish to add or delete, email immediately, and the
changes will be made. Your order will be filled according to the
information we receive from the shopping cart service. You will need
your order print out to dispute any claims.
